Sharing Windows 7

Hello, i' building a pv and i want Windows 7 on it. Also I have a friend with Mac Mini getting bootcamp. Im getting windows 7 from amazon instead of Microsoft to get it cheaper and I know that theres two windows 7 discs in the pack. Im getting 4 gbs of ram on mine and he has 6. But hes planning on sharing it with me. Can i take the 64 bit and he take the 32 bit? Whats the difference? Is it a big difference gaming wise?

No, you cannot do that. One purchase, one activation key.
You can buy as many as you wish. They will all cost the same.
