Can this motherboard handle a rtx 2070 Super and a 750W PSU?

It would be good to know the exact model of you Lenovo PC. The motherboard has a PCIe slot for the GPU so no issues there and I see no issues if you have the space for the 750w PSU and of course space for the RTX 2070..

Model name would be great though....

Okay after doing a bit of research, I would not install the RTX on this motherboard...this is a very old system and the motherboard is lacking and it would be hit or miss at best and with anything less than the i7- 4790 you will be bottlenecking the GPU and even the 4790 will be a bottleneck. Yes it can support PCIe GPU's with the right Power Supply's but the BIOS may not allow you to change to the new GPU.

I would just upgrade to the Ryzen 2600 (around $100), cheap B450 motherboard ($75), Cheap DDR4 RAM 2 X 8gb ($65) and you will have a much better system that can actually handle the RTX...
