Hello everyone, I have a question concerning my computer case. I want to get a new graphics card but it is about 5 cm longer than my old one and wouldn't fit into the case anymore because of its length. This is why I thought about putting the hard drive into one of the 5,25'' bays with the help of an adapter and remove the 3,5'' bays completely to make space for the new GPU. However, I don't know if that actually is possible with my case. I have a Sharkoon AL4, here are some pictures of the case:

Can anyone help? I can't find much about this case sadly because it has never been very popular.

Solution
If the drive bay is mounted with screws you can remove it. If not you'd have to drill out the rivets attaching it to the case. If you don't want to mod the case like that then you have to live with its' design specs and buy a video card that fits.

Yeah that is the problem I'm not really sure if these are screws, the picture quality is just not good enough to really see it. I will probably just have a peek into my own case and check it myself. Most newer cards are too long to fit in this case without modifying it sadly.

Alright, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks! I could possible also cut out the part that I need to make free for the gpu to make some room, I'll see what I can do.
