[SOLVED] Sharkoon Pure Steel RGB White

For some reason one of the fan's LED is not working. I understand it is not spinning because the mobo only has support for two extra, but I don't get why one of them is totally out.

My power supply (Thermaltake Smart Pro RGB 850W) doesn't have those round connectors, is that the issue?

Four fans now installed and only three working - correct?

"Support for two extra"? Is that one fan plus 2 extra for a total of 3 fans?

Swap the non-working fan's connection with a working fan's connection.

Determine if the failure follows the fan or stays with the connection.

They are five in total: three at the bottom (front bottom not lighting up), one at the rear and one on the cpu.

Just did as you instructed. They all work now. There was a cable a bit loose.
