hi, anybody know if this fan is quiet and move air good? its supposed to be both quiet and push air but im doubtful at 2000 rpm

It's going to be as noisy as a leaf blower.

Why not pick out a 120mm fan at half that RPM? In essence a larger fan blade will move much more air per similar rotation or in other words reduced rotations of a 120mm fan will mean higher rotations of an 80mm fan.

If your chassis can support it, you're going to see more benefit with a 140mm fan instead of a 120mm fan.
