I really like the design and price of the Sharp Aquos phone. But it is exclusive to Sprint, so I was wondering if I got one factory unlocked, would it be able to work with At&T?

Solution
The best you could do is send a message to Sharp saying you like the design of the phone and that you are an ATT customer and would be happy to purchase the phone if they made one that worked on the ATT network. Otherwise the phone even unlocked is limited to the Verizon and Sprint networks given the specs of the Wireless antenna listed on PhoneArena. (Looks like it has no GSM signal support)

I doubt it. Sprint uses CDMA, which I think means the sim is built in the phone. ATT uses GSM, which is removable sim cards. I'm no expert in phones so if i'm dead wrong somebody please correct me.
