Sharp lc-26dv24u won't display my AMD MSI RX570

As discovered on another thread, the TV I've been using, a Sharp lc-26dv24u isn't displaying anything from my new RX 570 when the graphics drivers are installed. I've emailed Sharp support to see if they have a driver for Windows 10 for the lc-26dv24u, but I'm pessimistic about that working if I'm honest. I don't feel like my other components are important but I'll give them if asked. Thanks in advance.

This screen only supports 1366 x 768. If your resolution is set higher than that, you won't get a display.

Alright so how do I change the resolution without being able to see what I'm doing?

easiest way is to plug in another monitor and lower the resolution. But you can do this too:

Yeah, so this didn't work and I've been borrowing monitors for a while, but it really has something to do with the drivers. Unless someone has something I'll just save up until I can get something from Value Village or Goodwill.

Here's your TV Manual. Page EN-24 lists compatible resolutions. It looks like one of these might work using a VGA cable:
1280 x 720
1280 x 768
1360 x 768
1280 x 1024

I can't find anything on the HDMI side, though native resolution is listed as 1366 x 760 (page EN-36).. you might try that.

It worked on a lot of resolutions with the Nvidia GTX 750 ti I was borrowing with HDMI, and my new GPU doesn't have VGA, so I'll try 1366 x 760 and hope that works, though I am certain it has something to do with drivers.
