sharp tv-picture ??

Hi

I really need help with this one, im watching divx movies from my PC on the TV and I get a picture of less or equal quality than VHS. But on the monitor i have DVD quality. Is it because the mx400 card is poor or is it something with the TV resolution... if it is the TV resolution why do one then get perfect picture with a DVD player hooked to the TV ??

It's every thing together.
The Poor TV out of display cards, the poor quality of Dvix encoded films.
You can try setting the resolution to 640X480
