shatter in game

Hello,
some games in my steam library like the witcher wild hund and skyrim 'shatter'
the games dont lagg and my fps stays @ 60 but there is a noticeable shatter.
normaly its not my hardware iam running:
asus gtx 970
i5 4690k
8gb of DDR3 RAM
also the temps of my hardware are fine
