Shaw adsl firewall and video?

Hello,
Our remote DVR displays CCTV images on 2 other PCs-Vista/Telus ADSL. Yet on another PC-Vista with SHAW ADSL we cannot view any camera images--all other DVR functions work OK..Confused. The DVR is on Static IP/Port Forwarding.

If you just can't view the images, check what video codec that program needs. If you can connect remotely with no issues and are just missing the video (black boxes instead of video), the firewall is not the issue.
