Shed some light on Haswell CPUs and PSUs

Whenever my pc goes into sleep mode it does not wake up. I have to restart it all over again. I have a core i5 4440 processor on a gigabyte H81M-S motherboard and the PSU is a CM 350 plus. So I searched a bit on the internet and according to my understanding one needs a PSU capable of handling the very low power requirement of a haswell CPU or one can disable the c6/c7 state from bios. This brings us to my question that should I look for a PSU that has Haswell support when upgrading or is there no need for that?

Solution
Newer high quality units will support Haswell's low power states, so it comes down to how much power you think you're going to need for your system eg. do you want to run multiple GPUs, or run high overclocks. Usually a good quality 550 Watt PSU is enough for a single GPU system with 750 Watts or more needed for multiple GPUs. Some good quality units include pretty much anything Seasonic, XFX, Corsair (TX, HX, and AX Series), EVGA Supernova G2.
