Shell of cpu plug broken off in motherboard receptacle

The bottom right shell of the cpu plug broke off into this receptacle. Any ideas on how to remove it?

Tweezers or some JBweld at the edge of a bamboo skewer/screw driver. DO note that if the JB Weld goes through to the connectors, it's a permanent seal.
