Windows will not load. It says there is a missing shell32.dll file. Looking in the system folder there are lots of files with long names and special characters. Have tried scandisk.exe which found them but did not work. I cannot find any restore file.
This is on a windows based machine hence the reason I am still on win95. Cause maybe because machine was shut of with no proper shut down.
Please help.
