Hello,
i cannot install any .exe file. every time shows an error message ''shellExecuteEx failed; code 170 The requested resource is in use''. Please help me anyone

Reboot in safe mode and see if you can download and install VIPRE.

Hello,
I have already Kaspersky pure 2.0. And full scaned 3 times after happening this error message.but there were no virus.
Actually i cant access any administrator option also. getting frustration.
