ShellExperienceHost.exe running in a loop, hogging memory

I'm doing the windows 10 shake down cruise, so trying to get some control over my pc.
ShellExperienceHost is running constantly, and I'd like to turn it off. Can someone please tell me how to do this?

Go to Services, Disable it.
