Hello,
i bouth a new router and ethernet cables as i did some changes so i needed longer cables. But the patch cable and ethernet cables are different than my old ones, i was using cat5 upt and the new cables are cat6 ftp. I was looking whats the difference between utp and ftp, that the ftp are shielded and must be grounded or it can cause serious dmg to network. But the routher nor my NICs support that feature, interesting that router do not support it but patch cable packed with it is ftp:??: My question if I should buy UTP cables as my network do not support grounding? Or i can use the ftp cables?

What can it hurt to try. It will likely be fine with such short distances. Worst that can happen is you get start getting errors and have to buy new cables. Might as well save the money and use the ones you have it is highly unlikely there will be any issues. Now if you were using them in say a cell tower that has lots of powerful radios then it might be different.
It depends how long they are. If you do not ground the cable it will not actually cause any damage. The risk you take is the shield acts as a antenna and actually causes interference rather than reducing it. In most cases it makes no difference. Shielded cable mostly is used in areas where the ethernet may cause interference to other equipment like for example in a airplane.

You might as well try and see if you have problems. A symptom of interference will be packet loss. You would for example see packet loss pinging your router which should never happen on ethernet.

Its 2x 15m cable and 1x 5m

So it will be save to use ftb cables even without grounding at this distances?
