shift & 3 key and Shift & ' key not working - no GBP pound sign

The GBP pound sign and email 'at sign no longer work on my Lenovo Z50, when typing 'shift & 3 key' or 'shift & ' key'. Changing the language to English United States doesn't work. Any suggestions...?

Try changing language to English (United Kingdom) and set keyboard to United Kingdom, and that will set those keys to the commands you want. Setting it to US just sets it to what it is now. You want the UK layout for keyboard
