I am on windows & and this is my second time experiencing this problem I don"t know why it happens or remember how to fix it but i have a desktop and it thinks that both shift keys are being held down when I got to the built in win & onscreen keyboard
It also will not let me type in any numbers since this is happening
Also if I try to click anywhere in text it highlights it aswell as if i open a link it will open it in a new window which is quite annoying
also it isnt sticky keys because I made sure my sticky keys was disabled
