Question Shift key issue

I have just received my new keyboard, a Hyperx ALLOY FPS PRO. It is working as is should besides the shift key being rather stiff or tough to press. Backspace also seems to be stiff but they are both responding as they should. Caps, Tab, Enter and spacebar behave as they should. It feels like Shift and Backspace are not pressed down all the way.

The keyboard is equipped with Cherry MX Red switches.
When removing the Shift key, it seems like there are two supportive switches, I think they might be interfering, but I do not know how to remove them.

Any solutions?

Personally, if it is a new keyboard that is not functioning correctly - I'd just return it to the seller immediately for a refund or replacement.
Stops any voiding of warranty and allows the seller to identify the problems with their merchandise.
