shift keys problem

I have asus x202e ,windows 10 home & my shift key some time works and most of the time it does not, I have to type a lot , so urgent help needed , all keys work fine except both shift keys

Make sure sticky keys are disabled (control panel->accessability) and that you don't have keyboard filters in place. After that, only hardware failure is left (some very uncommon software issues too, but hardware is far more common)

Just go to "Control Panel\Ease of Access\Ease of Access Center\Make the keyboard easier to use" (you can type it in any folder's address bar) and make sure it's not checked. It's that simple
