Shifting windows on 2nd monitor

Whenever I start up a game, the open windows that I've placed on my second screen shift to the right about 4 inches. How do I stop this from happening?

Make sure that the games are opening in the native resolution of the first screen. What's happening is that the resolution of the screen is changing but the windows are placed so many pixels from the left, so they move.

Thank you so much! My screen resolution wasn't an option in-game but I was able to modify the cfg file and get it to work! I really appreciate it!
