In all of my games lines on objects have a shimmering look to it and it’s has nothing to do with anti aliasing. You can really see them when you move in the games and I don’t know how to fix this and when this started to happen I also lost some FPS is most of my games

I don't know what you're talking about. Seems like you're fine for what you're seeing. I played that game and they are what it should be.

Regardless, can you please pass on your full system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Are you on the latest drivers for your GPU? Might want to see if an older driver revision gives you the same results.

CPU: AMD FX-6300 Overclocked to 4.3 (stock 3.5)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 6.0
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
HDD: WD Blue 1 TB
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6GB
PSU: Corsair Cx600 (600 watt)
Chassis: ibuypower full tower
OS: Windows 10 version 1803

I am up to date on drivers and I have tried to go back to a one from December and it still had shimmering lines. Also I made another video, look at the railings by the staircase in the far back the shimmering is more noticeable
