Is the Shin-Etsu thermal paste still the undisputed champion of thermal pastes? And which Shin-Etsu-the X23 or the G751-is it that performs best?

Latest I have read says that Arctic Cooling MX-2 is the best, but I cant verify as I still use AS5.
