Hello everyone. I have built PC's in the past and do not feel like building one this time around. My current build is 9 years old and a need an upgrade. My budget is not very high. I only have about $500-$700 to spend. I am a gamer. I play MMO's, FPS, strategy etc. I want something that can handle games like call of duty, witcher series, overwatch, WoW. ESO and some others sprinkled in.

Can anyone recommend a good site to have one built in that range? Or some prebuilts out there?

Thanks!

Well you wont get that much for that budget for a whole system (depending on if you need to include an OS and monitor, keyboard / mouse or not)....

At 9 years old you might find your current rig could still be upgraded to something useful, in which case you'd have loads of budget.... what are the specs of your current machine?

I have looked into updating my old system, on these forums actually but found the amount I would have to update isn't worth it. It would be essentially everything but the case, power supply, and drives. At this point I just want something new.

I don't do too many intensive things on my pc. I mean the game I play the most is World of Warcraft which can run on a toaster. I have seen some decent looking systems on cyberpower, ibuypower and newegg daily deals. I just haven't been keeping up with the new AMD cpus and gpus.

The thing with prebuilt systems is that you often can't upgrade or update anything, the bios for example.

This one's going for $750 and it has a slightly better graphics card. You're sacrificing some storage but if you don't have that many games/apps that you need to run off of the SSD, this might be worthwhile.

Solution
The Cyberpower on top of being crappy, it only has 8gb of RAM which is not enough for nowdays tasks and games.
Also the Cyberpower only has 6 threads while the 2700X I built for you has 16 threads.
The system I posted also has a better GPU than both Cyberpower PCs, 1660 Super.

I actually really like this one. I can throw my ssd in there for the added storage. I see ram is only about $30-$50 so I can definitely add some more in a few months. Thanks again.
That's the thing with prebuilt systems, you can't modify it as they don't provide a list with what RAM is compatible with your system. You add a RAM module and system starts crashing or might not start at all. Its a big headach.

I appreciate this but I really don't want to build this time around. I would just rather purchase a prebuilt.

The 2700X is better than the 9600K and cheaper, it has 16 threads vs 6 threads of the 9600K. Also the 1660 Super is better than the 1660.
