I currently keep my PC in my basement where the ground is concrete so (guessing here) I'm not grounded and when I touch things like the ends of chargers, hdmi/dvi cables, or even the screws on my case I get shocked.
Needless to say the power down there isn't great, and sometimes I blow the fuse.
Well after this happening once or twice my PC would do this thing where it'd light up my keyboard and then when I'd go to power it on it'd kill all the lights including the ones on my fans and GPU. Got it to work once after a while of flipping the PSU switch on and off and what ended up fixing it was seemingly just moving the case a bit. (It stands on top of an old case thats laying down on a rug under my desk)
Just now though it did it again and I can't seem to fix it, any guesses on what's wrong with it? Bad PSU? Is something fried? I'm gonna go bring it to Microcenter in a bit so they can check out but I figured I'd ask here first.
