Question Short Circuit

Hi everyone , i had a short circuit which is caused by my monitor cable. After that my pc work normal . My question is i need to worry about anything about mb or be damaged by S.C or doing a stress test or what do you recommend

My monitor is pretty old , so i think its electric cable wasn't in a good case which caused a short circuit.
To be honest i don't know what happend was playing ,that odor i smelt and its cable was ready to get on fire i pulled it out before
