Question Short DST on HDD does not pass consistently

I have a WD Blue 3TB Hard drive that is 5 years old this November and it will pass the Short DST test and I will then test it again to get a conclusive results then it will fail the test about half way through. I've also noticed that sometimes when I go into the drive it will take a good few seconds to show the folders it has never been that slow. Is this a early warning sign that the drive is going to fail?

Hi I'm just getting it now forgot to mention that Sea tools for windows is reporting the Short DST fail
