Question Short freeze with loud audio freeze for seveeral seconds every 6 hours or so

Just started happening several days ago and i have no idea whats wrong, all drivers are updated and windows is updated as well.

CPU:I7 9700k OC to 4.6
GPU GTX 1080ti
RAM: 16gb corsair but its like 6 years old
Storage: 1 MK2 SSD 500gb, 2TB Firecuda, 2tb Barracuda

Id appreciate some help wiht this if anyone has any ideas of where to start looking cuz its not goin away
