Shortcut icons on other monitor but not on the second

I put like half of my shortcuts on my second monitor but after restart they are all just gone.
Did not happened before Creators Update. And no they are not in the Recycle Bin
all the folders and files are still on the desktop but shortcuts all gone.

Have you tried this

1. Right-click on an open area of the desktop
2. Click View
3. On mine, Show Desktop icons was already checked even though they were not appearing. Uncheck Show Desktop icons
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2, and Check Show Desktop icons to put them back on.
