Shortcut to C Drive properties dialog box

Hi, I want a shortcut or batch file or script that opens the properties for C Drive for use on multiple computers... anyone have any ideas? Alternatively, and preferably i would like one of the above that unticks the "allow files on this drive to have contents indexed in addition to file properties" and ignores all errors. Any help would be great.

Hackers? WTF? so you leave indexing on and use a slow computer? how the hell does taking a feature away mean hacking? my user SCaMPC stands for Steve's Computer and Mobile Phone Centre, see our ad: http://www.yellowpages.com.au/qld/gladstone/steves-computer-and-mobile-phone-centre-13154245-listing.html? I just want to turn off a feature that no one who knows what they are doing uses.
