First to get things out the way, here are the machine specs:
~CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
~PSU: Cooler Master MWE 500W
~Ram: Kingston 8GB DDR4 2666MHz
~SSD: PenDrive 120GB Rapid V
~HDD: 3.5” Western Digital 1TB
~GPU: Msi Armor Rx570 4GB
~Motherboard: Aorus B450M

This was my first time building a pc and about after a day of finally getting it to work I got way to excited and made the horrible mistake of trying to fix my fan led lights (not case ones) and left the power on, and in result, I had shorted my motherboard as I had heard a silent pew, as everything had shutdown. Nothing would turn on. But the main question I have right now is: did any of my other components get affected/damaged? I am positive that there was no physical damage on my motherboard but I just need to make sure whether or not I need to buy more parts.
