Shorted usb port on computer tower ?

computer wont boot,found a usb port shorted out on my tower,replace mother board and cpu plus memory and power supply and still does not boot

Dont plug the front usb in then.

Are you getting any beep codes? Could be you didnt seat your ram all the way. take it out and reseat it.
