Should a get 350w psu to replace 220w psu

It was suggested that my power supply is the culprit causing my hp s5412p pc to freeze at hp logo and should be replaced. I have added a gigabit tg3468 lan card to accomodate more bandwidth. Should I use a higher wattage power supply and which makers of psu should I purchase. Currently have HP TFX0220DD5WA 504966-01.

There are no HP PSU upgrades for that slimline PC.

Card added July 2017, about a month or more ago might have had same problem, not sure, wasn't there but similar. I unplugged new lan card and it ran fine till a week ago when this occured. Computer was fine. Powered off. Powered on 20 minutes later, frozen. Did you want my specs?

Could be the PSU , could also be a failing HDD. Was it ever running without the new card.

fyi...been doing construction in kichen, but she keeps covered most the time. Not a lot of dirt and dust when I opened, but the psu did have when I blew it out. I've seen a lot worse.

Wouldn't the dvd drive run, even if hdd was failing?
