Should BIOS settings be enabled or disabled?

Was wondering if these Bios settings should be enabled or disabled to get the best graphics performance....
AGP Master 1 W/S Write
AGP Master 1 W/S Read
AGP Aperature Size (I have 256MB RAM and 64 on my RAdeon VIVO, what should I set this to?)
