Should I Add More Ram To My Laptop

Hello, I am thinking to increase my laptop ram so as to get more performance. My laptop specifications are
AMD A8-4500M
4 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7640G
500GB HDD

Should I Increase My RAM to 8GB or not ??

RAM is cheap and easy to work with, it couldn't hurt, go for it.

I am playing Far Cry 4 on my laptop it is running on lowest settings but it is lagging in between. If i increase my ram from 4 to 8 will help to increase the performance and remove the lags or not ??

if you add RAM the you will see an overall performance increase in general and in most games as well, the minimum requirements for far cry 4 is 4 GB of ram and recommended is 8 GB, so adding ram my remove lag but your laptop may not be powerful enough to run it.

i looked up your processor and gpu and i noticed that your laptop is not up to the task of running Far Cry 4, even though adding ram would increase performance in and out of the game, it still wouldn't be playable on your system.

but it is running on my laptop fine but there is little bit of lag in the game but other wise it is running

then go right ahead, even if it doesn't improve performance in the game, it will help in the long run
