Should I Add More Voltage Even Though My Overclock Appears Stable?

I overclocked my i5 6600k to 4.4ghz @ 1.30v. The overclock has passed 4 hours of Asus realbench, 20 loops of intel burn test, 4 hours of aida64, and 5 runs of cinebench r15. However, I've read that some people like to add around 0.02v of vcore even after successful stress testing. Is this necessary? I'm asking because my cpu gets up to 87c in intel burn test with the max stress setting and I don't want to push my voltage much higher. The core temperature stays around 60 in realbench and around 55 in aida64. I also ran into a bsod when I tried lowering my voltage to 1.29v.

Thanks for any help I can get.

Solution
I find any temperature over 80 to be not good.

If it's stable there is literally no reason to add any more voltage.

If it crashes in a game, add your 0.02v and repeat.
