Should I avoid the mATX Corsair 240 air ?

Hello,

My question is mostly regarding the heat/temperatures/airflow of this case, most reviews I've seen use Watercooling system in the build.

I do want to have a rig in the future that will be capable of overclocking a 4770k to like 4.5 ghz.
But I wonder if I will be able to achieve that without installing water-cooling ?

Other than that, is this 240air case significantly much more hotter than usual standard ATX, for sake of comparison to my current; Antec Three Hundred with a stock fan ??

I've never had much of a difference in temperature between case sizes, it's just a matter of having enough fans to move air through it.

I know the Three Hundred is a "basic" case, but it's actually a very good case. It's solid, and cools very well. I've tried two Corsair cases now, and while both looked very nice, both were very flimsy. I would not buy another one after those experiences, as I expected better out of a case with a higher price tag.

Even for my latest build I couldn't find a case that met all my requirements, and went back to a Three Hundred (V2 this time):

Generally if I take Air 240 with it's stock fans, get i7 and a card like Gtx 770 (gotta check if it fits size wise) and regular stuff.. So WITHOUT overclocking, I will have a standard normal temperatures without worrying much ? or it will be 100% Fan power struggling to keep it cool ?
