Should I be getting compatibilty issues with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard and the Nvidia GTX 750 Ti? When I load up

Yes. It works fine when using old GPUs too. The Nvidia card also works in other PCs around the house, just not in this one. So I can only imagine the problem is compatibility

did you try cleaning up the drivers withDDU and fresh install em?
