Should I be worried about this Compatibility issue

If you want USB 3.0 ports on the front of your case then you'll need a different case. If you don't care, then you simply won't be able to use the on board USB 3.0 header. It's not like that needs to be connected for your system to run.

Solution
I was about to suggest you can always add a front bay with usb ports at a later date as you can buy ones that slot into where a cd drive would go, but looks like that pc case doesnt have cd drive bays
 

Oh it does the top front opens
 


then if you dont mind having it open to use usb ports then the above is a possibility in the future if you really want this specific case
