Should I be worried too about Isass.exe ?

Could I run CCleaner on my computer to see if I am running malware or virus in the form of processes?

Are you sure it's Isass.exe and not lsass.exe? lsass.exe is a common Windows process although it can be faked by a virus. Download and run Malwarebytes. It can usually deal with most malware.
