NOTE: I went on a random download spree so I could have easily downloaded a virus, I have norton and I have run about 5 scans today so im not sure but ill try and delete as many programs that were installed as possible and see if it helps...

Should I be worried?
Follow that directory link, it will detail the problem there.

A virus wouldn't cause a blue-screen, not much gain for it killing your machine.
I wouldn't worry about it. Once in a blue moon my machine BSOD's and its all fine. If it starts happening constantly would I be worried.

Its most likely due to your OC,

dumbing down to 4.6 might work, but you might just need a small voltage increase, what is your voltage for the cpu at right now?

When you say running for 2 days, is that 2 days running straight? Or 2 days on and off?

When you first OC its a good idea to run a day or two stress test if you plan on leaving it on constantly.

first, it was two days straight, also i think i solved it i looked up "who crashed" and ran it, it turns out that it was my network card(i was downloading big files overnight when it crashed) so i updated those drivers and not another crash since
