Should I be worried?

System - Vista 32Bit Sp1

Anti Virus - Avast Home Edition 4.8 Up to date.

Problem - After Avast finished its scan I opened up the "review" and it wrote the same thing about all the files that he scanned: "cannot process the file - password protected". Does it mean that Avast doesn't process any of the files or that the scan should be like this?

Some files like system files i.e. pagefile can't be scanned. If you must scan them, you'll need a live antivirus CD.
