Should I build a pc ??

So I have an Xbox one right now and bought a 4k tv ready for project Scorpio but most my friend are in PS4 and the two people who have Xbox one don't play much. But a couple of friend are build pc so I don't know what to do.

Should I build a cheap pc and buy project Scorpio (which would use all my money )

Should I just buy a project Scorpio

Should a build a beast pc and use all my money

Or buy a PS4 pro

The scorpio and ps pro don't do 4 k anyways so no need to look for something that does it. If no friends are playing on the xbox no need to get one.

Whats your budget? For around 500$ you can have a quite capable pc that can handle any game at 1080p 60 fps on medium-high settings.

I kinda want to play in 4k

As the ps4 pro upscales new games from 1440p and the Scorpio seems to be going to do the same thing we are looking at a pc with at least a gtx 1070.
