Should I build now or in a few months with newer parts?

I have enough for an FX 8350 + R9 280X build, should I wait for new parts? I'm conscious, even if I wait equivalent parts will just be the same price, or more with extra unimportant features...

the amd GPUs are at a pricing low, and it seems the NVIDIA gpus are at the sam retail prices they were last year when they launched.

oppositely, the intel CPU's seem to be low, and the AMD CPU's are at the same price point as launch a year ago. lol.

you'll never have a computer if you're always playing this game. When you're ready to build, shop around for what has the best deals going.

Last week microcenter had 4770k for $260. not sure if you live near one, but that pretty much makes buying that over an 8350 a no brainer.
I grabbed one of those, and then the newegg deal Asrock z87 killer for $99 aftere promo/rebate.

Alright, thanks! In the UK we have no microcenter, the only place you can buy PC parts is amazon and similar websites at 20% tax!! Ebay is good for a bargain though...

What is your budget? If you want to go intel, wait for the Z97 motherboard. They will be released to the UK on the 11th May which is in three days.

I would wait and get the new Anniversary Edition Intel Pentium when it comes out in a Nice Z97 motherboard.

You can always upgrade to a i7 later and that Unlocked Pentium will always be a fast easy resell.
