Should i build now pc or later.

I am needing a new pc because this one is about 2-3 years old and it is not enough for me.

I am thinking should i build it now or later because there is coming that new pascal gpu and cpus are too getting something new things.

And when that pascal gpu is coming out is it gonna change prizes to down.

ya, id agree with waiting for pascal since you have something to work with right now. i think amd's new fx series are supposed to come out q4 this year too. that is a pretty long ways away though.
