Should I build or buy whole

Solution
I would definitely build a custom PC. My prebuilt has been heavily customized since I got it. They'll give you either a great GPU with a terrible CPU, or the other way around. Some companies also put in very bad PSUs that don't have a rating. It'll be safer to build one, and cost less since companies tend to inflate prices.
Building a PC is much better because you will get so much more performance for your money. Prebuilt Pc's tend to cheap out on major parts of the PC. And they tend to make the build very lopsided. For example They'll give you something like an i5 6400 and a GT 610 or something.

Well if you are thinking that eventually you might want to be building computers for yourself and others then the default choice is to build.

You will mostly need to do a lot of reading with respect building a computer. Many tutorials available.

But if you want a computer quickly with all of that work done for you (plus some level of waranty and support) then buy.

You might be able to work between the two if you have a local computer place that will put together the case, PSU, motherboard, and CPU. You would install the GPU, drives, sound card etc..

Building a computer is not difficult per se with the caveat being that all goes well, you have a few simple tools, take your time, read all of the manuals, and plan your assemby carefully.

The hard/worst part is when your turn it on and nothing happens.... Or there is a big spark. Consider the risks you are willing to take.

Hopefully all will go well - just do your due diligence beforehand.
