Question should i buy 3200mhz or 2400mhz

i have a tuf fx505du. As i read on the internet my device supports up to 2400mhz ram thanks to ryzen. Currently i have single stick 8gb ram and i want to make it dual. Here is my cpu-z screen.

i dont really understand these datas. are my rams 3200mhz? is it ok to buy a 2400mhz 17cl ram

Those numbers make no sense, Your RAM is running slower than minimum DDR4 speed and not to JEDEC specs for it. Is it soldered to MB ?

i havent opened the case so i dont know if it is. I couldnt understand it says my ram is ddr4 but it isnt? would you like me to use an another program?
