Question Should i buy a Different Air cooler

Hi guys , i recently build a new system .
I was coming from a Ryzen 2600x and went to a Ryzen 5 5600x . That was nice and quiet
Im currently using a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition as a cooler .
But i noticed that the idle temps of the cpu is higher in comparasion to the ryzen 2600x before . Not a big deal but
Now im annoyed by the constant hearing of up ramping fans because of the cpu heat .

When i checked Hw monitor pro, i see the temps fluctuating up and down . from idle about 38 and opening for instance chrome seeing the temp spiking up to 60/65 sometimes 70 degrees, for a small period of time .
And when Windows is doing stuff on the background , i can hear it doing it.

Now was i wondering of mounting a different cooler using the Noctua NH-U12A chromax.black for instance ,and maybe keep the cpu longer cooler so i don't hear the fans constantly spinning harder so often .
The cooling paste is applied good , running cine Bench it keeps the cpu under 70 degrees Celsius

Also tried using Fan control app , and adjusting the cooling curve in the bios... but not to my satisfaction .

What you guys reckon ? waste of money ? or is it a plausible solution ? Or should i just live with it ?

Running :

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Boxed
Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro CMW32GX4M2Z3600C18 32 Gb
Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2
AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Samsung 980 PRO 2 TB PCIe 4.0
Corsair RM650x
be quiet! Pure Base 500 Window black
be quiet! Light Wings 140mm PWM High-speed Triple Pack
Windows 11 Pro

The U12A is certainly superior to the Hyper 212, and likely quieter as well.

Noctua U14 series another option.

You need to confirm they would fit in your case.
yeah i noticed that one also, but i could not find that one in Black colour scheme . and the Noctua NH-D15 chromax.black Will block my Rgb ram lol .
For that reason i chose that one, because of the colour scheme is al black in my case

Have you adjusted the fan curves in the BIOS to provide a nice ramp up and ramp down for the cpu fan curve?

Oh my , i feel sooooooooo silly right now ! 😳
After messing around with the BIOS and with the program Fan control.. for a week now ..i could not get it to work to my satisfaction .
And now i found out i had to apply the setting to each fan ... wich i totally forgot.
i figured this would go automatically ... lol As seen in screen shot :homer:

i feel so stupid haha And behold all quiet again
Freeware program found here : https://getfancontrol.com/
