Graphics card---------- Sapphire Radeon hd 6850

RAM------------ 4 GB DRR3

Processor------------ Phenom II x4 965

Power Supply------------- Cooler Master Extreme Power 650 W

Please tell me whether my rig can play latest games

for more than 5 years decently?????

That will play modern games now decently but 5 years from now I would highly doubt.

2-3 depends on how quickly technology improves. No way to really tell and it depends if computer game producers build to meet the increasing pc hardware demands or if they make games to meet console specs which means no improvements for 5 years.
