Should I buy a GPU support bracket for my RTX 2070?

I recently bought an RTX 2070, which is arriving Monday. Should I have to worry about a GPU support bracket or are they, for the most part, unnecessary? Thanks!

Does the sag make long term problems or anything like that? Or just help cosmetically?
